Moving:
- Must give FULL 30 day notice
- Rent must paid in full for the last month
If notice is given July 14 for a move out on August 14, the month of August
MUST be paid in full (from the date we receive keys rent will be pro-rated back).
- May not use security deposit as last month's rent
- You owe rent until we receive keys

For Approval
- Application MUST be filled out in its entirety

Late Fees
- Any rent paid after the 5th of the month is to have a late fee included. The late fee is
specified in your lease agreement
